Still Human

Published at Schön Magazine

Finding ourselves confronted to the present and the amount of waste is that we are eager on having a constant dialogue between the imagination and the perception of reality. Always looking for on how to reinterpret the ordinary concepts conceived by society of the elements that surrounds us and understanding how to re-insert those things into space.

The ways that consumers interact with a myriad of items each day is complex, so the objective was to conceptually increase awareness by «reducing and reusing» the materials to accomplish each image.

Eight sculptural compositions where we played within the selected shapes. Where the global structure of each image mutate in itself. Understanding the model as a shape more than a human being to finally become part of the chosen objects. Each composition answers to the question: “In how many ways this elements can be manageable?”

We want to playfully create between art and fashion being consciously present and connected to our creative imagination that is what give us a way to live the life we want to live. How do we want to shape our lives? Create new outlines within the given outlines.
